Cloudflare Workers delivers static pages. The site has no account database or application form. To deliver and protect a request, Cloudflare processes the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser user agent, any referrer sent by the browser and country derived from the IP address. Delivery and protection rely on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

The Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request information under its own provider terms; this distinction matters even when the website itself stores no visitor records. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Site search runs in the visitor’s browser from an index served by epbf.info. Search queries are not sent to the publisher. The website’s own scripts set no cookies or browser storage and load no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, scripts and images are served by the site; pages contain no third-party embeds.

Cloudflare can set necessary security cookies when its protection features require them: cf_clearance for a passed challenge, __cf_bm for bot management, and cf_chl_* during a challenge. Requests to / redirect to the single English edition at /en/. Choosing a language does not create a stored preference. Source links, help links and hreflang links do not load the linked website merely by appearing in the page. When a visitor follows an external link, the destination receives its own request and applies its own privacy rules. Active affiliate referrals are disabled.

Contact is through an email link, not a web form. Google’s Gmail service handles messages to the publisher. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where a message concerns contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) for the legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. The controller is in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare and Google processing can involve other countries. Cloudflare’s GDPR information describes its Data Privacy Framework participation and contractual safeguards. Google describes its applicable transfer frameworks.

The website itself retains no visitor account or search-query database. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up; the publisher has no fixed deletion period. Providers process their records under their own terms. A site-level no-log setting is not a promise that a hosting or email provider never processes request data.

Where the GDPR applies and its conditions are satisfied, Articles 15–21 provide rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Where processing depends on consent, withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
