3rd EPBF Congress

The European Paintball Federation was convened for its 3rd Congress at 9:00 A.M. on December 10, 2016, at the Regus Conference Center in Barcelona, Spain.

There were representatives from 6 affiliated National Federations and from European Series, which are:

1. Fédération Française de Paintball (France);
2. Deutsche Paintball Liga (Germany);
3. Stowarzyszenie Polska Liga Paintballowa (Poland);
4. UK Paintball Sports Federation (Great Britain);
5. Biedrība „Latvijas peintbola federācija” (Latvia);
6. Paintball Federation of Turkey (Turkey);
7. Millennium Series.

A new President has been elected - Ainsley Baddeley from UK will lead the EPBF now. We also have the new Executive Committee as well, including all present members. All the EPBF Commissions have been revised. 
A lot of things were discussed and the new directions were taken, such as developing the youths sport and focusing on bringing of the new players.

Congress Meeting Summary will be published soon, together with the Annual Reports 2015-2016 and other important documents.

"It came as a bit of a shock initially, but I'm both excited and humbled to be a part of the EPBF. The position is unpaid, and it's primary focus is to help develop paintball and it's structure throughout Europe. My fellow board members have some fantastic ideas which will be revealed over the coming months, and it will be an honour to work alongside them to achieve our common goal.........which is ultimately to grow and develop the sport we all love.
