Open tender for jersey` suppliers in 2013

EPBF announces the open tender for supplier of jersey for National Teams participating in EPBF Championship in 2013!

1. Description of the subject of tender.

The subject of the tender is the design and production of EPBF National Team Jerseys for participants of EPBF championship based on the template provide by each federation.

• EPBF U19 Championship – estimated number of national teams 8, number of jerseys per team 12 pcs. Total estimated number of units needed 96 pcs. The jerseys should be delivered no later than 2 days prior to the event date which will take place during the  Millennium Mediterranean Cup 12-14 April.

• EPBF Women’s Championship - estimated number of national teams 8, number of jerseys per team 12 pcs. Total estimated number of units needed 96 pcs. The jerseys should be delivered no later than 2 days prior to the event date which will take place during Millennium European Masters 24-26 May.

• EPBF Men’s Championships - estimated number of national teams 24, number of jerseys per team 12 pcs. Total estimated number of units needed 288 pcs. The jerseys should be delivered no later than 2 days prior to the event date which will take place during Millennium Campaign Cup 5-7 July

• Paintball World Cup held by EPBF – estimated number of national teams 32, number of jerseys per team 12 pcs. Total estimated number of units needed from 144 to 288 pcs. The estimated total amount includes the jersey provided already for European national teams taking part in EPBF Man Championships. The jerseys should be delivered no later than 2 days prior to the event date which will take place during last Millennium Event in October. The precise date will be announce shortly.

Technical requirements of the jerseys:

• Made of premium polyester  - recommended at least 210 gr/m2
• Strong stitches – recommended multiple stitches.
• Fully printed with the high quality colour printing (high resolution thermo-transfer or sublimation)
• Padding – optional, but not obligatory

EPBF will provide the template with all necessary logos and emblems with specification of place on design and sizes.

The designs should consist of:

• dominating and clearly visible national colours
• standardized layout clearly indicating that all teams are part of the 2013 EPBF championships.

2. Price offers and benefits for supplier.

The estimated total value of the contract will depend on the number of registered national teams in EPBF competitions. Based on the previous years’ experience the overall value of the contract should vary from 16.000 to 20.000 euro.

The main objective of EPBF is to choose the manufacturer of jerseys who will be able to provide the required amount of descent quality Jerseys at the most competitive prices for the teams.

In order to be able to place an offer below the regular market price, EPBF will grant the right to supplier to sell all the commercial fan version of the jerseys for nations participating in EPBF championship and therefore compensate the low margin of the national team jerseys

In respect of public price policy of each supplier, the unit cost of the EBPF National Team Jersey will not be publicly announced.

3. Requirements to suppliers taking part in the tender.

EPBF in order to ensure that the potential supplier will be able to fulfill the contract will take into consideration the following requirements from potential supplier:

• Supplier must have at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing the paintball jersey or other similar sport jerseys.
• Supplier must have provided the portfolio of his work, which will prove the necessary experience.
• Supplier must have necessary knowledge, technical and labour potential to be able to manufacture required amount of jerseys.
• Supplier must be in a good economic and financial situation in order to ensure the fulfilling of the contract.
• Supplier must have provided documents of formal registration of the company required by the local law of the country where supplier is operating.

4. Specification and information on the process of considering the offers.

• EPBF will base its decision on the following criteria: quality and design, price, verification of company experience and financial and technical potential to fulfil the contract.
• All the applicants must include the requirements in point 1 and 3.
• EPBF may ask additional information from the supplier in the process of verification of the offers.

5. Schedule and dates

• The applications must be sent to indicated email before 28^th of February
• EPBF will consider the offers and will choose the supplier by 8^th of March
